Where can I park at the venue?

There will be first-come first-serve parking available on site, however free parking is available right across the street at the Indian Creek MARTA station (3901 Durham Park Road). We encourage carpooling, biking and ridesharing as a sustainable transportation method.

What does a "zero-waste" event mean?

Our goal is to not have any waste that ends up in the landfills. Any questions, find LBC team members.

Question 3

What should I do with my leftover utensils and materials?

Accepted Answer

Any food waste, plates, cups, utensils, and napkins will go in the compost bins. We will have these bins setup throughout the venue for easy access.  Please drop off your name badge at the front desk as you leave so we can reuse!

What should I do with my beer can and / or glass bottle?

We will have labeled recycling bins throughout the space designated for these.

What should I do with my glass cocktail cup?

Will there be restrooms available?

YES! Restrooms will be labeled and available for public use on site. Feel free to ask an LBC staff member for assistance if needed.

We will offer a range of heavy hors d'oeuvres, with several vegan and vegetarian options available as well for your convenience.

What made you choose this specific venue for your event?

LBC made an intentional effort to choose one of our valued partners - LEED certified film studio, Electric Owl - in solidarity with our effort at reducing waste in the film industry. Electric Owl has been an incredible example for what reuse in the film industry could become!

What to expect at the event?

Our event will offer a range of speakers celebrating LBC's community impact in the material reuse environment. We will have a keynote speaker, a variety of tabling partners from our Nonprofit Material MATCH Program, live music, and a special entertainment performance from one of our MATCH partners.

What will my ticket go towards?

A ticket for LBC's fundraiser goes towards providing a more equitable and sustainable future where reuse is truly normalized in the metro Atlanta area. Your purchase also funds our Nonprofit Material MATCH Program where over 370+ nonprofits in need have benefitted from free or low-cost materials.

How do I check-in for the event?

We will have a registration desk for check-in available at the entrance to the event. We encourage our guests to please have their tickets ready and available while in line so our team can enhance our check-in process. Thank you!
