The Creative Approach Development Center (CADC) is a leading professional development and training organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and those who support them. Founded in 2015 by Dr. Zipporah Levi-Shackleford, CADC was born from personal experience and a mission to break down barriers in disability and mental health services. Through our specialized training tracks—Beyond Compliance for professionals, Caring with Confidence for caregivers and families, and Unlocking Independence for individuals with disabilities—we provide research-based, practical workshops that foster person-centered, trauma-informed, and effective support strategies. At CADC, we are committed to advancing inclusive practices, supporting neurodiversity, and helping individuals achieve independence based on their unique goals and choices.

This interactive workshop will teach professionals how to support safe online interactions, recognize internet risks, and educate individuals on privacy and cybersecurity. Participants will leave with practical strategies for teaching digital literacy, preventing online exploitation, and promoting healthy social media habits.</p>
