Yoga in Cathedral Park

Allison is a holistic coach who works with women who desire to live their most joyful, magical lives. She uses coaching, yoga, breath work, and meditation as tools to help her clients move toward wellness, authenticity and self-love. She offers bodywork and pop-up yoga classes to both men and women. Allison’s mission is to spread joy, be a catalyst for change and to help others with what she has learned from her own life experiences.

Join me for a super chill Sunday morning yoga flow. This will be a slow and restorative vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome. The class is set to a fun playlist of birds, nature sounds, and Sunday drivers on the St. Johns bridge!We'll meet at the field side of the park near the boat ramp and parking lot.
