Shannon Salentine is a coach, speaker, and global health consultant. She works one on one with individuals and teams  to find clarity in their purpose, take action, and make a difference in the world. Leadership and team coach, Shannon believes that radical self-trust, understanding your life purpose, and acting courageously are keys to living the fully integrated and authentic life you deserve. On the day to day, you can find Shannon coaching, collaborating, and speaking on living a mindful and purpose-driven life.Shannon is trained in co-active coaching. She holds a Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation and a Master of Public Health from Tulane University. She lives in Durham, NC with her husband, two kiddos, and their pup Scout.

As 2020 comes to a close let's take some time to reflect on the good, the bad, and the ugly  and choose what we want to take into 2021.

During this 90 minute workshop, we’ll stop and take time during this busy season to walk through the past year, celebrate successes, and learn from what did and what didn’t work. This is a group coaching environment, so you’ll be among friends who too, want to be intentional as 2020 comes to a close. This workshop is for you if:This year has been full and you want to take stock and learn from it- the good the bad and the ugly.You've experienced a major life shift in the last 12 months and you are longing for a time and structure to reflect.You feel like this year has flown by and you’re looking to get grounded before moving into 2021.You're ready to level up in your life and looking to take the first step.Reflection is a key tool for transformational personal and leadership growth. I hope you’ll join me!
