Join <a href="https://bikeshare.metro.net/" title="https://bikeshare.metro.net/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Metro Bike Share</a> for a rider-friendly beginner community ride in North Hollywood! The ride will begin at Metro Bike Share: Magnolia &amp; Clybourn Station. We will ride along a scenic route that highlights Metro Bike Share stations, bike lanes, local businesses, and North Hollywood's Gardens. We'll cruise through the neighborhood with safe routes, inclusive vibes, and shared adventure. A perfect rider-friendly beginner community ride for all riders to connect, explore the ecosystem, and have fun together—just bring yourself, friends, and good vibes! If you would like to use a Metro Bike Share bike at no cost, please reserve an "I need to borrow a Metro Bike" ticket when you register. You must be 16+ to ride a Metro Bike. RIDE INFOStart and End: Magnolia &amp; Clybourn StationLength: 7.2-mile round trip bike ride on semi-flat streets primarily utilizing shared bike lanes.Experience Level: This route is great for beginner riders, those who are used to biking, and looking for different ways to explore Los Angeles. An adult must accompany children at all times; no training wheels are allowed. Children in trailers/child bike seats are welcome on personal bikes. Getting There:<ul><li>Biking: Plan your trip with the Metro Bike Map.</li><li>Public Transit: Metro bus or rail – for more information, please visit metro.net/tripplanner.</li><li>Parking: Metered parking and paid parking are both available on-street and at the Broxton and Weyburn Station.</li></ul>What to Bring:<ul><li>A functional bicycle or wheeled device if you would prefer to provide your own (we highly recommend one with gears). We do not have a mechanic on the ride and recommend you carry your own tire repair kit.</li><li>Hand sanitizer</li><li>TAP card or money for fare if you plan to take Metro bus or rail ($1.75 per ride)</li><li>A helmet (If you do not have one, one will be provided free of charge)</li><li>Water bottle</li></ul>Safety Protocols:We will be observing strict safety protocols during the ride to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. Please keep in mind the following rules while attending the ride:<ul><li>If you are feeling sick or unwell, please stay home.</li><li>Metro Bike Share will provide helmets, water, and ride marshals.</li><li>Participants are required to sign a release of liability.
