Whether you’ve spent the day at the Green Fair or are simply looking for a moment of stillness and renewal, this session offers space for reflection, resilience, and deep connection. <h4>Our Two Guides</h4>Bruce Whittemore will lead a meditation on transforming overwhelm into purpose through EFT tapping for climate resilience. As a Holistic Life and Recovery Coach with over a decade of experience, Bruce specializes in emotional resilience, trauma, and eco-anxiety. His work helps individuals process grief, reconnect with their emotions and bodies, and turn anxiety into meaningful action.
