Registration for this Christmas Eve Service has ended. Carmel Presbyterian Church invites you to join us online or to walk up for the service. A link for the online worship services will be available on our website at carmelpres.org and on our Facebook page.

<h1>Important Safety Precautions</h1><p>By order of the California Department of Public Health, we must follow strict safety guidelines to provide a safe, clean environment for all. </p><p>We are doing everything we can to be compliant with all regulations and ensure your safety. We have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but we cannot guarantee that you or family members will not become infected with COVID-19. With this in mind, please consider carefully your decision to attend the church. By registering here and participating in services and activities at CPC, you are agreeing to accept this risk.</p><h2>Preregistration: </h2><p>We request that all worshippers register before the Christmas Eve service. Our attendance is strictly limited. </p><h2>Health Screening:</h2><p>Please review the Health Screening Questions below before registering. If you answer yes to any of the questions, we request that you please stay home to protect the health of your fellow parishioners. Join us for worship online instead and let us know how we can pray for you at prayer@carmelpres.org.</p><h2>At Sunday Worship:</h2><p>When attending worship service, please wear a mask at all times and maintain social distance. Plan to arrive early. The patio will be open at 5:30 PM to allow time for check-in and seating with social distancing. </p><blockquote>&quot;Even with adherence to physical distancing, convening in a congregational setting of multiple different households to practice a personal faith carries a relatively higher risk for widespread transmission of the COVID-19 virus, and may result in increased rates of infection, hospitalization, and death, especially among more vulnerable populations.&quot; From the California Department of Public Health Industry Guidance for Places of Worship.</blockquote>

<h1>Health Screening:</h1><p> Are you ill, or caring for someone who is ill?</p><p> Have you recently traveled out of state?</p><p>Do you have any of these symptoms of coronavirus? </p><p> Fever or feeling feverish?       Chills?</p><p> A new cough?                                Shortness of breath?</p><p> A new sore throat?                     New muscle aches?</p><p> New headache?                           New loss of smell or taste?</p>
