The Art & History Museums of Maitland (A&H) is a premier cultural destination and community gathering place in Central Florida, about 15 minutes from downtown Orlando. A&H is a group of sophisticated attractions that includes a contemporary art museum, 3 interactive history museums, and a stunning campus recognized as Central Florida's only National Historic Landmark. Start off your Sunday for Yoga in the Garden with Dimitri Delazanos.

<h1>Easy like Sunday Morning: Yoga in the Garden</h1><h2>Level: Beginner | Style: Hatha </h2><h3>9:30am - 10:30am </h3><h3>$15 per class, registration required</h3><p></p><p>Join Dimitri Delazanos on Sunday morning for Yoga in the Garden, at the Art &amp; History Museums of Maitland.</p><p>This class favors beginners and weaves together breath and yoga poses in a slow flow. Expect a more leisurely pace than traditional Vinyasa. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. </p><p>Check out our 11am Detox and Go for intermediate students. </p><p>Masks and social distancing are required for this outdoor class.  Students are responsible to bring their own water and yoga mat.</p><p></p>
