Who is this group for?

This group is for young adults who want a supportive space to connect, talk through real life challenges, and build community. You do not have to be in crisis to attend.

Do I need to sign up ahead of time, or can I drop in?

Signing up ahead of time is recommended so we can plan for the group. If you are unsure, call or text (713) 526-4444 and we can guide you.

What happens in a typical session?

Each week includes a welcoming opening, guided discussion, and time to connect with others. The tone is supportive and practical, with space for both sharing and listening.

Yes. We ask everyone to respect privacy and keep what is shared in the group within the group, so the space can feel safe and trusting.

What if I am nervous or introverted?

That is completely normal. You are welcome to come and simply listen at first. There is no pressure to share before you are ready.

Just bring yourself. Water is always welcome. Snacks and tea are provided, and you are welcome to bring a journal if that supports you.
