Her coreXyoga® training program was nominated Best Program in Chicago. It is renowned for being an efficient way to learn how to be a yoga teacher.She is a published author of "The Yoga Asana Handbook" and "Yoga Snippet."  She holds an ACE certification in Group Fitness, a Fitness Instructor degree from College of DuPage, and numerous specialty certificates.  She holds the ERYT-500 distinction and she founded Edge Yoga School, a Registered Yoga Alliance School.

Soak in the good and release what no longer serves you. Our sound bath meditations include crystal bowls, rain sticks, and chimes. Allow yourself to fall into relaxation.

Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation

Take this time to fill out your2025-2026 calendar! Bring your own or one will be provided. Dreams become goals when they are written down. This time will be dedicated to a journal activity to help you decide how you want your next chapter to go.

Fall Wellness Planning Session

We will go on a walk (weather permitting) in Downtown Naperville to enjoy the day. In the event of rain, the walk will be moved to our Enclave location.
