”燃烧吧，小脂肪!“ 第13期 线上健身活动

北京大学新英格兰校友会

落叶飘零，日暖霜轻。居家一隅，何以解忧？校友线上相聚，共享健身乐趣。无身材臃肿之苦，无临冬贴膘之虞。远离疾疫，平安喜乐。

来来 后转体 深蹲纵跳仰卧起来来 深呼吸 平板支撑普拉提本次活动为线上Zoom健身，全程大约一小时，包括50分钟左右的HIIT（高强度间歇式训练），以及十分钟左右的拉伸。欲参加的朋友请事先寻觅一空旷适宜运动的场所，可准备瑜伽垫一个，饮用水或运动饮料若干，着运动服参加。友情提醒，不宜过饱或空腹时间过长参加此次活动。另外身体如有特殊状况，请尊医嘱酌情决定是否参加。运动过程当中如感到任何不适，请根据自身状况进行调整。

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Peking University Alumni Association - New England recreational activity, and related events, I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death.2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.3. I willingly agree to comply with terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation.4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, and agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Peking University Alumni Association - New England, its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to my participation in the recreational activities, including without limitations any claims or losses arising from any INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.BY REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, AND I HAVE SIGNED ELECTRONICALLY FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
