We invite you to join us for the 12th Annual Black Women’s Roundtable (BWR) "Women of Power" National Summit (BWR Summit '23) on March 15- 19, 2023 and celebrate Women's History Month at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD and Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
The BWR Summit' 23 Theme is: It's Time to Reset, Rejuvenate, Reimagine, Resist & Act!
We encourage women of all ages and girls (13-17 years old) to join us at the BWR Black Women's POWER TABLE!!!----for this annual gathering that brings together a diverse group of over 1,000 Black women & girls and allies (in-person & virtually) from across the country and the African Diaspora!
We are also delighted The Honorable Angela Alsobrooks, Executive of Prince George's County Maryland, has agreed to serve as the BWR National Summit Honorary Chair again this year!

The BWR Summit '23 will be a hybrid event that will provide an option to register to attend the summit in person or virtually. Please note, in-person and online registrations are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
The summit is designed to provide attendees with a safe space to share ideas, network, organize, relax, rejuvenate and recharge.

COVID19 PROTOCOLS REQUIRED TO ATTEND BWR SUMMIT '23 IN PERSON: All participants registering to attend the BWR Summit' '23 in-person must be fully vaccinated and boosted. Proof of vaccination is required to attend in person. All in-person attendees must agree to be tested daily on site and adhere to masking requirements for BWR Summit'23 events and venues. The BWR Summit will also provide opportunity to register to attend virtually.

The Black Women's Roundtable (BWR) is the women and girls leadership development, mentoring, intergenerational empowerment & power building arm of The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation. The BWR promotes health and wellness, economic security & sustainability, education and global empowerment as key elements for success. BWR established its Intergenerational Policy Network in 2008, which is comprised of a diverse group of Black women civic leaders representing international, national, regional, and state-based organizations and institutions. Together, the BWR membership represents the issues and concerns of women and girls who live across the United States and around the world.
