Start your Thanksgiving with this workout that's like a turkey trot - except in your living room.

Thursday morning before you zoom into your family Thanksgiving, we're calling on one of our favorite multi-level coaches Kelita "Mama K" Hollins. She's the director of training at Train Moment, and we know from experience that she does an incredible job creating a special occasion class that's scalable and fun for everyone from kiddos to competitive athletes to seniorsAnd because you may not be able to do your traditional Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot with your cousins, aunts and uncles, and your grandma's special friend Bob, this Facebook workout will keep you sweating together as a family. One thing we're thankful for on this gratitude-based holiday is our partners at N!CK'S who have been filling us with delicious better-for-you ice cream. To amp up the fun and bring that fun energy of a Thanksgiving morning, we're encouraging you to invite your family, tag them in the comments and - just like Thanksgiving dinner, you can only ask them about their dating life once. This workout is strictly for fun, so come with a positive attitude, a willingness to embrace the joy of movement, and an appetite for some N!CK's ice cream. That's right—two lucky participants who comment along with the workout will receive a shipment of N!CK'S because there's NOTHING better than getting ice cream in the mail. This class is for all ages and all abilities. More about Kelíta Hollins: Kelíta is the Director of Training at Train Moment, a wife, a mommy of two energetic little boys, and she's an aSweatLife ambassador. Above all of that, her very presence (on camera or IRL) is inspiring. More about N!CK's: N!CK's Swedish-style ice cream is impossibly light and creamy—with no added sugar. This low-fat, low-calorie, Keto-friendly ice cream is our go-to when we need a treat we can feel good about. Plus, they're now offering subscriptions so your freezer is never empty. YUM.Want an even BIGGER treat? This month, N!CK's is giving away its brand new plant-based ice cream (and some of the regular non-plant stuff too). Enter for a chance to win here!
Here are the details!
What: A virtual free fitness class on FACEBOOK LiveWhen: Thursday, November 26, at 10 am CentralWhere: Facebook LIVE; You'll join us here, but we'll remind you the day of.What you need: Invite your family and friends, roll out a mat and grab a towel.
