Dolce Vita Wine Shop was established in the historic Chaska Train Depot in 2006.

Dolce Vita specializes in mid-priced wines from smaller, boutique producers from around the world. While many major producers are represented in the store, the smaller vineyards provide a full range of wine flavors and styles at a lower price point than many popular brands. In addition, Dolce Vita carries a great selection of premium spirits and craft beers. Particular areas of specialty include Single Malt Scotch, Bourbon, Port, Cognac/Armagnac and Belgian Ales.
