PLEASE HAVE A PEN &amp; PAPER. - What are you hearing when you speak? - What are you hearing when others speak to you? - Are you hearing their words? - Are you hearing your mind's commentary on their words? - Are you hearing or feeling the energy that surrounds their words? - Is being heard important to you?There are SO many elements to listening! Come join us as we distinguish the filters through which we hear ourselves and others. We will discover what it's like to release some of those filters and feel a deeper level of connection with others AND (most importantly) ourselves. We can give another person the validation of their existence - that they've been waiting for - simply by the way in which we hear them!
