What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat and water or similar hydration. You can also bring yoga blocks but it is not a requirement. If you’re a sweat ball like me, bring a towel to wipe your sweat!

Do I need to have experience?

Nope! We cater classes to the newbie and seasoned yogi.

Question 3

I have knee/back problems, can I still do yoga?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. I have terrible knees and low back pain that tries to take me out a few times a year. Seriously though, speak to your instructor before class to review any issues you may have. Speak to your doctor first!!
