This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers who want to better understand their child's sensory needs and explore practical tools to support self-regulation at home and in the community.

What can I expect to learn?

You'll gain insight into how sensory processing impacts your child’s emotions, behavior, and ability to engage in daily activities. We’ll introduce a variety of sensory tools and strategies to help your child navigate overwhelm and build regulation skills.

Can I ask questions about my child's specific needs?

We love questions, and will have some time for a Q&A during the live workshop! While we can’t provide individualized consultation during the workshop, we’ll offer general suggestions that can be adapted to a variety of needs.

How does the pay-what-you-can format work?

Accepted Answer

While we suggest a donation of $25 for the workshop, this pay-what-you-can format means that you can choose a contribution that feels right for you. All proceeds go to our scholarship fund, which increases access to mental health supports for families who may not otherwise be able to afford them.
