During the course of the Summer, immedia will open up our space to invite students, graduates and anyone interested to come and join our Summer Festival of Learning - a programme of Open Nights aimed at starting conversations around relevant topics from within the industry and beyond!This time &#x27;round, we&#x27;ll be exploring how to navigate a career in Customer Service in a technology business. Having exceptional Customer Service is an important part of any business, as it helps your business retain customers and your customers to extract maximum business value from your product or service.Individuals who pursue careers in Customer Service may come from various designations and streams including Business Studies and Marketing.The session will be hosted by Kelly Pringle who heads up immedia&#x27;s Fabrik Customer Success team - and will be joined by other members of the team who will share some of their experiences getting started in a career in Customer Service.*This session will be offered online only, and all registered attendees will be sent the link to join on the day of the event.*
