We have a space for you to be creative in community this winter. Creative expression is one of the ways we can let all the pandemic and other life emotions be felt - and set free. Our November 23 workshop is: MosaicsThis workshop will be an overview to all things mosaic - the tools you need &amp; how to use them, project ideas, and more. PLUS - all materials will be available to start your own first project. There will not be time to complete a project in this time - so you will be most welcome to return for other Open Studio sessions over the coming weeks to work in community and you can continue to ask questions / receive help from Lisa as needed.A few notes about our leader:Rev. Lisa Janke is the pastor of Olive Branch. She has been creating mosaics since she took a class at &quot;Mosaic on a Stick&quot; in St. Paul, MN, while attending at Luther Seminary. The community she found at Mosaic on a Stick is the kind of community she envisioned when we created Artist&#x27;s Studio. Lisa loves many things about mosaics, but especially the idea that she can weave broken, discarded items into a beautiful new creation. What a wonderful image for what our ever-creating and creative God does in our own lives.

A few notes about the Artist&#x27;s Studio: We gather every Monday, either for workshops or for open studio time to continue working on projects from workshops or your own personal artistic endeavors. We are limited to 7 people each week in order to be safely distanced, and we will wear masks.Registration is required for each week you wish to attend, in order for you to know that a space is reserved for you.
