What door should I go to for entry into the building?

Please go to the green door at the front of the building facing Liberty street, *not the door the top of the black steps. Elevator access is also available from this same spot.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

No, but you may. Bolsters for seated practice are provided.

Do I have to have experience with meditation/ yoga?

Definitely not! This practice is welcome to people from all levels of experience.
