TITLE TOWN returns to Spirit with another edition of its vinyl-driven funky dance party on Saturday, April 5th, 2025. 9pm - 2amEvery month, TITLE TOWN brings you five hours of hand picked selections of ‘60s and ‘70s funk, soul, disco, and more. DJs spinning the very best Motown, Stax, Northern Soul, and crossover 45s all mixed together with a healthy dose of disco, boogie, Latin boogaloo and anything and everything in between. Let’s come together on the dance floor.Bringing freshness to Pittsburgh’s clubs since 2009, TITLE TOWN stays true to its original sound, residents J.Malls &amp; Gordy G. take you on a journey across the musical landscape - resurrecting deep soul, funk and disco cuts from the early-1960s through the late 1980s - mixing up rarities from Honey &amp; The Bees, The Third Guitar, and Family of Eve with stone cold classics from Aretha, James Brown, Sister Sledge, The Spinners, Curtis Mayfield, Gwen McCrae and more.As always, we gather to celebrate the power of music, the unique soulful, vibrant sounds on wax - dancing into the night together as party goers, crate-diggers, DJs, family - creating positive vibes, connecting with another, with open hearts and open minds.
