<h2>Project Description</h2><h3>This classic style one piece bubble in a girl or boy version is constructed from 100% cotton champagne fine line pique paired with the adorable Liberty of London print ‘Queue at the Zoo’.  The pique bodice features five graduated rows of machine entredeux stitching embellished with a matching floss color running stitch and hand dyed buttons.  The Peter Pan collar (squared for the boy version) is accented with a row of running stitch embellished entredeux stitching.  The unique shape of the front belt on the boy or girl version provides further opportunity to perfect your mini piping skills.  Many fine finishing details will be covered in class to ensure your finished garment is as beautiful on the inside as the outside. The pattern (both boy and girl version) in toddler sizes 1, 2, and 3 will be included with each kit.  Students may choose a boy or girl kit.</h3>

<h2>Class Experience</h2><h3>This six hour class will be divided in two, three hour sessions each spaced 1 week apart to allow students time to do the required ‘homework’ between sessions.  Approximately one half of each session will be teaching/demo on my end. Students will be stitching along during the remainder of the class time.  It will be an interactive format allowing students to type in questions/comments at any time.  I will be rotating between three webcams which will allow face to face, super close up, and a clear view of my sewing machine live stitching.  The first three hour session will cover the entredeux stitching on the bodice front, collar sections, and sleeve bands along with the collar and shaped front belt construction.  The second three hour session will cover the remaining construction details necessary to complete the project.   You project kit will arrive to your home at least one week prior to the first class session.</h3>

<h2>Prerequisites</h2><h3>This is a mid intermediate class.  Previous construction experience is recommended.  You MUST have access to a sewing machine with an entredeux stitch to complete the decorative stitching on the project.  </h3>

<h2>Pre-class Preparation</h2><ul><li>If you prefer, the fabric can be prewashed and pressed, but not required (do NOT prewash any of the interfacing or stabilizer)
</li><li>Paper cut the pattern in your chosen size
</li><li>Tape together any required pattern pieces
</li><li>Carefully follow the cutting guide to cut out all the required pattern pieces
 (note that the bodice front, collars, and sleeve bands  are not cut to shape, just traced onto blocks of interfaced fabric)
</li><li>Follow the cutting guide on page 24 to cut the required bias for the project</li></ul>

<h2>&#x27;Homework&#x27; Between Class Sessions</h2><ul><li>Complete the entredeux stitching on the bodice front, collars, and sleeve bands</li><li>Weave floss through the entredeux holes on the bodice front, collars, and sleeve bands</li><li>Construct the collar/construct the shaped front belt</li></ul>
