What should I have ready for the meditation?

A comfortable place to relax, water for hydration, an eye mask (as simple as a washcloth) to block out ambient light, a sign on your door asking not to be disturbed, a light blanket (because your body temperature drops) and an open mind. You may also want a journal for reflection.

How long is each session?

Will there be movement involved?

This is a seated or lying-down experience—no physical movement is required, just gentle breathing and relaxation.

No, your camera is optional! You're welcome to join in whatever way makes you feel most comfortable. You must, however, be muted during the meditation.

What should I do with my phone during meditation?

Anything that beeps, buzzes, dings, lights up, or distracts you in anyway, leave in another room. If you must have it with you, put it on Do Not Disturb mode to avoid notifications. Placing it face down can help you stay fully present and engaged in the experience.
