Are we riding the horses?

Accepted Answer

No, no riding is involved. No horse experience is necessary to attend this event.

Question 2

I'm a little bit afraid of horses, but want to come.

Accepted Answer

Don't worry, all activities are supervised by a trained equine facilitator, and our horses are all very friendly and well behaved. You can get as close to them as your are comfortable with. But we guarantee by the end of the workshop you will be feeding them treats and giving them a good rub!

Is this event accessible?

Accepted Answer

This event takes place at a working equestrian centre. The activities take place on a sand-based ground cover, which would be difficult for mobility aids to navigate. Should you have accessibility needs, please let us know and we will be happy to ensure an accommodated experience for you!
