Is there an option to join remotely?

Accepted Answer

Remote options will be made available for morning programming (10:30a-12p) and summit closing (3p-4p). Break-out sessions will only be available for in-person attendees. If you are attending remotely and would like to provide input on the strategic plan, please reach out to nsfengine@uoregon.edu.

Are there travel funds available for Summit attendees?

Accepted Answer

We have some limited funds available to support the travel and accommodations of participants. If you would like to request support, please complete the travel support questions related to your mode of transportation and accommodation needs. Our team will reach out to coordinate with you on-on-one.

Question 3

What is the best way to travel to the UO Portland Campus from downtown Portland?

Accepted Answer

The UO Portland Campus is served by the Trimet bus (45-54 minute ride), by bicycle (35 minutes), and by car (15-25 minutes). There is abundant street parking available.

Question 4

What is the best way to travel to the UO Portland Campus from the PDX Airport?

Accepted Answer

The UO Portland campus is about a mile from PDX Airport; however, there isn’t a convenient public transportation option, so we recommendation taking an Uber or Lyft for individuals that are arriving from /departing to the airport from campus, which is a 5.7 mile (14 minute) drive.
