What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Registrants can receive a 100% refund of registration fees (not including Eventbrite fees) if canceled before 04/09/2025 and a  50% refund if canceled 05/09/2025. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after  05/09/2025. Note: We cannot refund fees charged by Eventbrite.

If I selected to pay by invoice, when will I receive it?

Accepted Answer

Invoices will be emailed to you directly by Central Pines within one week

Question 3

I selected pay by invoice and it shows a discount is applied at check-out. What does this mean?

Accepted Answer

Discount applied means that “Eventbrite administration fees” are waived. Costs to attend will be invoiced for payment.
