Welcome to Meeting Uncertainty Through Creative Expression - A Process Art Workshop!We are living in unprecedented times and very often, things feel uncertain without the known to rely on as a touchstone for what comes next. The good news is we are creative beings with a vast array of tools within waiting to be unlocked. These tools can help us navigate the unknown while feeling a sense of security, from the inside out.In this two hour Creative Nectar workshop, you'll learn to access and cultivate these tools in a safe and sacred environment and explore ways to navigate uncertainty through the power of creative expression.This workshop is open to everyone. No artistic skills are required - just an open mind and a willingness to explore. Come join us as we embark on a journey of self-expression and creativity in a safe and sacred community! What You'll Need • Basic inexpensive art materials - think school supplies (craft paint/brushes, finger paint, crayons, markers, or watercolors) and something to create on or in (art journal, old book, piece of paper, cardboard...) • A container of water (for paints) • A journal for writing • A strong internet connection • A private and quiet place to meet

<h3>About The Facilitators</h3> Stephanie Gray is an intuitive artist and is co-founder of Creative Nectar Studio and Creative Nectar Podcast. Stephanie has been process painting since 1996 and facilitating since 2009, assisting individuals in actively stepping into a more heart-centered and empowered life, cultivating awareness of the sacred Self.
