<h3>LOCATION UPDATE:</h3>Due to potential poor weather, Boot Camp on Monday, May 5, will be hosted at the Bennett Park Art Atrium.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Refresh your workout routine this spring with Boot Camp with Coach Vic!The Rosslyn BID’s very own Victor Carcamo is back with a community favorite—an energizing eight-session evening workout series kicking off Monday, April 21, from 6–7 p.m. at Gateway Park.This high-energy HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is designed for all ages and fitness levels, with modifications available to meet your needs. Expect full-body exercises, great music, and plenty of motivation to power you through each session!
