Sewing Workshop| Quilt Block To Drawstring Bag

Create in community at your coziest local bookshop! Guests will be guided on basic sewing skills, quilting/piecing methods, and repurposing fabric scraps into functional bags.All materials will be provided for participants to make a basic drawstring bag and a quilt block that they will learn to appliqué to the bag- a special piece to bring home, made in a moment together.Instructor: This workshop will be guided by Zahira Paul (30+ years of quilting experience, more of sewing).$5 credit for an in-store purchase is included with the ticket: must be redeemed during the event and within 1 purchase. Sliding scale tickets available for accessiblilty.
