Your ticket includes:
✅ A swag bag full of goodies
✅ Mini exercise classes (ballroom dance, burlesque, yoga)
✅ A Self-Love Workshop
✅ Access to experience stations like mini facials, massage, Reiki, tarot, and more (some with optional upgrades)
✅ Light refreshments (lunch available for purchase)

We recommend comfortable clothing for movement classes, a water bottle, a yoga mat, and an open mind ready to enjoy the day!

Access to mini exercise samplers will run simultaneously with the experience stations. You'll have the freedom to create your own schedule! Each experience station will have a sign-up sheet, so we recommend arriving early and signing up for your favorites right away — spots fill up quickly!

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. Please contact us for details.
