Old Fourth Ward Park

Open your heart, heal your organs, silence your mind and boost your libido! And what better way to relax in savasana than to the 528hz frequency of my beautiful quartz crystal bowl. Come add to collective healing! The weather will be perfect. I’ll have a few extra mats/props handy. All levels are welcome! RANKIN ST ENTRANCE, DOWN THE STEPS ON THE LAWN (STEPS ACROSS FROM THE PLAYGROUND).
