World Poetry Slam Champion Harry Baker is a poet and a maths graduate. He writes about important stuff like hope, dinosaurs and German falafel-spoons. His new collection ‘Unashamed’ was published with Burning Eye in 2022 and after a sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe he toured his spoken word show of the same name around the UK in 2022/3. He’s mainly just thrilled to be back on stage where he belongs.

World Poetry Slam Champion Harry Baker loves Christmas. He also loves LEEDS so he’s packed up his poetry reindeer and is ready to sleigh all over the country (AKA Bath and Leeds and maybe London.) Expect some brand new poems, some festive faves, and some extra special guests, including his absolute fave poets Maria Ferguson and Erin Bolens both nights, and brilliant local musicians Rob Green (Weds) and Lois (Thurs). All he wants for Christmas is you (to come along so that they let him do this again).
