What if I can't attend the event?

Accepted Answer

If you are unable to attend our event, please consider going to our ticket page and making a donation. Donations will go towards to Boy Scouts, Hamel Athletic Club, and the Hamel Hawks Town Ball Team. Hamel Athletic Club and the Hamel Hawks donations will go towards field and equipment upkeep.

Will concessions be offered?

We will be grilling burgers and hot dogs. We will also have chips, candy, and other miscellaneous food items.

Will alcohol be offered?

Accepted Answer

Alcohol will be sold on premise by the VFW.

Question 4

What does your ticket get you?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket gets you entry into the event and a raffle ticket. Our raffle will consist of gift cards and other prizes. You can get another ticket for the raffle by buying something from the concession stand.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

Accepted Answer

We will have a limited number of tickets sold at the door, so please buy your tickets ahead of time! Tickets are available on this website with a fee or you can reach out to your local Boy Scout (Pack 537 or Troop 537) to buy paper tickets with no fee.

Are kids allowed at this event?

This event is family friendly. We have had so many kids and families attend this event in the past.

Question 7

Will there be seating available?

Accepted Answer

We will have limited bleacher seating available surrounding the ring. You are able to bring your own chairs to sit if you choose.
