What does my registration/ticket include?

This ticket includes hotel accommodations, conference workshops/sessions, welcome reception, four meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic.

Where are the accommodations?

We have reserved garden flats. Each flat has four bedrooms and bathrooms. Each attendee will have a private room. There is a shared living room/kitchen for socializing and connection.

What are the transportation options from the airport?

The resort is19.4 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 30 minutes by Uber, Lyft, or Taxi. Once on property, shuttle service is available throughout.

What else can I expect?

Evermore Orlando Resort has a variety of amenities. You will have access to: high speed wireless internet service in meeting space and units, shuttle transportation throughout Resort, and other amenities like restaurants, bars, golfing, water activities, etc.
