This 60-minute class will release stiffness, soreness, and tension out of your body and mind, and are great for all levels of experience. Flow together with the intention of exploring the foundations of a vinyasa practice, with a strong focus on connection between breath and body through mindful movement.This donation-based class benefits Speak Up for Kids and their mission to provide advocacy for every abused, abandoned and neglected child in Palm Beach County.As a teacher, Chelsea’s focus is to create a compassionate, loving space for students to tap into their inner wisdom.
