Power in Pilates During Black Women’s History Month, this event aims to engage Black womxn, femmes, and those curating spaces for us to have intentional dialogue on the power of radical self-care through learning more about Pilates with our panel of incredible instructors Tabatha Russell &amp; Evelyn Brown. After the 30-minute panel, we are honored to have a 40-minute beginner / intermediate mat Pilates class taught by 25-year experienced Pilates instructor + educator, Tabatha Russell! **Bring your own yoga mat required**Option to bring your own wrist weights / bala bangles and/or resistance bands for advanced movement practice** Paid street parking available - suggested to rideshare to location for greatest ease** Free warm drinks from Overflow Coffee + light snacks to be provided<a href="https://findmyjoi.com" title="https://findmyjoi.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">finding joi, LLC</a>. is a wellness program creating psychologically &amp; physically safe spaces for Black womxn &amp; femmes living/working in institutional spaces utilizing 100% Black women-owned wellness vendors. 25-year experienced Pilates instructor, Tabatha Russell, NCPT (Founder & Educator, TabPilates & Bodyworks Center, Inc.) will be leading a 40-minute beginner / intermediate Mat Pilates class.
