Do I need to bring anything to the class?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a medium sized bowl and a 2 tea towels, one being large enough to cover the bowl.
Measuring cups in the following sizes: 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup and 1 tsp

Will I have a baked loaf that night?

Accepted Answer

No, you will take your dough your started in class home and continue the process. At the 		earliest you will have it baked the following day.

Do I need a Dutch oven?

Accepted Answer

A Dutch oven is essential when baking sourdough bread as it creates the perfect environment for your bread to grow in the steam that is sealed in there. There are other methods out there however I have only baked with a Dutch oven.

The event is above the Wallaceburg Wellness Centre. The Eddy is on the second floor and the studio can be accessed through the door at the side of the building.
