<h3>The Power of Processing, The 3rd of the 3 Powers:</h3>A 1-1.5 hour virtual Zoom class complete with experientials, meditation &amp; worksheets.In the Power of the Word, we learned that words are energy, have spiritual power &amp; learned HOW to harness it beyond what we think we know.The 2nd Power: In the POWER of the Pause, we learned HOW to harness a POWER &amp; skillset Ruth Bader Ginsberg mastered to win 5/6 Supreme Court cases.Now comes the Power of Processing, the 3rd Power &amp; a step most crucial to master that many want to avoid or numb ourselves from.Learn WHY processing matters &amp; HOW to do it effectively.We are faced w/ unprecedented rates of increased stress, increased suicides, increased domestic violence, increased anxiety, increased depression &amp; increased medicating. WHY?We as a culture do not know how to process much effectively. We numb or avoid as our go to vices.Through the various experientials &amp; exercises, we will uncover the POWER.By understanding the concepts of the POWER of the word &amp; the POWER of the pause, we learn HOW to process &amp; the POWER to do so.Want to learn more? <h2>ABOUT ME:</h2>Since 2006, I've been providing spiritually based integrative holistic health enrichment w/ a subspecialty in trauma healing.I am a healer, speaker, writer, seeker, social justice junkie, advocate, spiritual mentor, intuitive, Shihan, medicine woman &amp; holistic health professional.I am also a survivor of child abuse, sexual assault, &amp; domestic violence. I've spent the last 15 years healing the "broken me" &amp; over the last 3 years learning in the areas of diversity &amp; inclusion.<h2>MY MISSION:</h2>My mission is to help others rediscover the power that lies within and to find that treasure buried in the depths of the shadows.
