Question 1

How can I join?

Accepted Answer

Just show up at our next event in your location. While RSVP is not mandatory, we'd appreciate it if you join our chat, and follow us on Instagram or Strava

Question 2

I really like what you do. How can I help?

Accepted Answer

Show up and show your support. Spread the word, invite someone who might be interested. Volunteer for special events. If your local chapter needs organizers, consider joining the team. You can also donate. If you have a specific idea, shoot us a message or let the organizers know.

Question 3

I don't run much, but I'd like to join.

Accepted Answer

We're beginner-friendly, and our routes are typically wheelchair compatible. You can choose your own distance and pace, and hiking is also an option. We offer guided warm-ups to prevent injuries, and there are several pace groups to select from.

Question 4

How it works?

Accepted Answer

We usually meet and greet for a few minutes after the announced time. Then, there's a guided warm-up, we split into pace groups, and off we go. After the run, we head to the nearest coffee shop for more networking.
