This 3-year intensive program is designed for those who long for meaningful change and are ready to go deeper in their transformational work

Welcome to the Way of Love! This 3-year intensive program is designed to foster personal transformation through group work. With our three-pillar approach of psychology, energy healing, and spiritual inquiry, this workshop series is designed to unlock sustained and meaningful personal change. Over the course of each year, you will attend weekend workshops where, through experiential group work, you learn to practice new ways of relating to yourself and others in real time. You will also learn to identify and dissolve your unconscious barriers and to support others in doing the same.
This course is right for individual seekers, therapists, healers, and anyone else who is ready to go deeper in their transformational work. The January 23rd-24th and February 20th-21st weekends are the two official opening sessions, with further meetings to be scheduled around the availability of those who sign up. 
Throughout your time with the Way of Love, you will learn:
<ul><li>How to heal emotionally, intellectually and spiritually so you can make the profound changes you desire in your life
</li><li>How to identify and dissolve unconscious barriers that cause unnecessary suffering
</li><li>How to understand and address unfinished developmental tasks and familial patterns
</li><li>How to access and support your body’s wisdom
</li><li>How to connect with your own unique spirituality as a source of power and resilience
</li></ul>
In order to facilitate meaningful personal growth, we employ the following techniques throughout the year:
<ul><li>Experiential group sessions with practical exercises
</li><li>Guided meditations, breathing techniques, and prayer
</li><li>Exploration of somatic awareness exercises
</li><li>Open discussions around research findings and other readings
</li><li>Introduction of healing techniques, such as Reiki
</li><li>Intimate class sizes to allow enough time for each student to deeply process and explore their experiences
</li></ul>
