What should I bring to the session?

Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. If you don’t have a mat, let us know in advance, and we will try to arrange one for you.

No, this session is open to all levels, including complete beginners. Gunjan will guide you through every step.
