In a time of great uncertainty and anxiety, we're offering assistance, remedy, and community.This group is for federal employees and federal government contractors to discuss ongoing macro-level challenges and navigate workplace stress and uncertainty. Led By:Soyini Richards, PhDCo-Owner, Business Psychologist &amp; Mental Health CoachDr. Richards holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a PhD in Business Psychology. With over 20 years of experience, she empowers clients through life's challenges, helping them tap into confidence, discover their purpose, and develop resilience. Michelle Williams, LCPC, MFTCo-Owner, Licensed Clinical Professional CounselorMichelle has a Master’s in Community Counseling and specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy. With 15 years of experience, she employs various therapeutic techniques to support each client’s unique journey.
