<p>Presenter: Marianne Robinson, PhD, MSW, FIPA. This Scientific Meeting is the second of two that NPSI is offering this fall for those interested in the conference “Speaking About Race: The unconscious roots of structural racism and becoming anti-racist”, scheduled for Saturday, January 23, 2021 and co-sponsored by COR, NPSI, NWAPS, &amp; SPSI.  </p><p>In this meeting, Marianne Robinson will lead a discussion about &quot;The Denigrated Other: Diversity and Group Relations&quot; co-authored by Speaking About Race keynote speaker Zachary Green from Diversity and Group Relations (2016). This chapter explores the work of Wilfred Bion and other psychoanalytic thinkers as applied to the dynamics of diversity within a Group Relations conference.</p>
