Zoom Class- Lentil Loaf with Cauliflower Mash

The Grateful Way Health Center and Wellness Retreat

Do you ever struggle with staying healthy during the holidays? Would you like to learn healthier alternatives to traditional holiday foods?

This class is taught by Rene Oswald and is part of our holiday series. Learn how to make this delicious, vegan and gluten free holiday meal to share with your family and friends. This class is $9 per person. When you sign up for the class you will get a link to the zoom call. We will have more zoom calls with holiday-inspired recipes over the next few weeks, so &quot;Like&quot; our Grateful Way Facebook page and check back soon. Here&#x27;s a grocery list so you can have the ingredients on hand and follow along during class (or just watch and learn if that&#x27;s more your thing). -Lentil Loaf- lentils, carrots, sweet potato, onion, celery, garlic, mushrooms, almond flour, ground chia seeds, apple cider vinegar, walnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, avocado oil Cauliflower Mash with Savory Gravy- a cauliflower, cashews, celery, fresh garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, olive oil (or avocado oil), onion granules, white pepper, sunflower sees, sesame seeds, cashews, nutritional yeast, flax seed, chia seeds, paprika, dried basil, dried oreganoYou will need a high-speed blender to make the Savory gravy and a food processor to make the cauliflower mash.(Substitutions can be made! Just ask!)This class will be held on October 25th at 2 PM -EASTERN TIME See you in class!
