This event, set within the immersive exhibition <a href="https://r-and-company.com/exhibition/jeff-zimmerman-metamorphosis/" title="https://r-and-company.com/exhibition/jeff-zimmerman-metamorphosis/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Metamorphosis</a>, brings together Zimmerman’s book contributors—curator Brett Littman and noted interior designer Tony Ingrao—for a discussion on the evolution of his work, his mastery of glass, and the transformative power of light through his sculptural interventions in space. Zimmerman’s practice defies categorization, existing at the intersection of craft, design, and contemporary art. His work—spanning luminous chandeliers, intricate wall sculptures, and dynamic glass vessels—draws inspiration from organic growth patterns, physics, and the inherent fluidity of molten glass. The conversation will delve into these themes, unpacking the technical and conceptual innovations that define his approach.
