Suite 250 Sarasota, FL 34237 What is SST?SST (Synchronized Synergistic Therapy) is an innovative trauma psychotherapy which pairs a psychotherapist with one or more clinicians from other healing disciplines during therapy sessions. This integrative approach creates a safe, nurturing environment where emotional and physical pain blocks begin to dissolve, trapped emotions release, and healing takes place.
