Wear comfortable clothes (yoga pants, leggings, t-shirt), think low impact workouts, dress in layers

Bring water, a mat, bolster/pillow for your head and/or legs, a blanket and anything you need to be comfortable. There will be a limited amount of blankets available.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before 7:00PM.

What if something happens that I can't attend?

Notify us to 48 hours in advance and a refund will be issued. After 48 hours prior to the event, there are no refunds.

Limited street parking is available.
