Yoga and Mindfulness in the Greenhouse

Overview

Join us in the greenhouse at Running Book Farms for a soul-soothing community yoga practice.

Ease stress, release tension, and connect with your intuition in a grounding yoga class among the plants in the Running Brook Farm greenhouse. I invite you to explore movement, mindfulness, and breathwork practices that work best for the rhythms of your body. Leave feeling refreshed.

Wear comfortable clothing; leggings are not a requirement, and pants/shorts that are easy to move in are preferred.

Bring an exercise mat, a blanket, a towel, or a cushion. I have a supply of extra mats, blocks, chairs, straps, blankets, and mini squishy mats to support your practice. First-come, first-served availability. Chairs are also available for a chair yoga practice.

Megan is an experienced Yoga Teacher, Occupational Therapist, and Energy Medicine Practitioner who creates a welcoming community yoga practice surrounded by the beautiful plants in the greenhouse. If this is your first class or 100th, she will meet you where your body is during each class.
