American University has parking available at Bender Arena, Katzen Art Center and the School of International Service Garage. All parking is free after 5 p.m.

DC Metro Bus routes M4, N2, N4, and N6 stop at the AU main campus near the Katzen Arts Center and/or Ward Circle.

How do I access campus by metro?

Accepted Answer

The closest Metrorail station is the Tenleytown-AU stop on the Red line. From the station, you can take the AU shuttle that is located on the corner of 40th St. NW and Ablemarle St. NW, in front of the Wawa.

What kind of accessibility does the venue have?

The McKinley Building has access ramp at the main entrance and the building has two elevators. The Doyle Forman Theater has accessible seats for wheelchairs.
