The Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide (ICPYAS), previously known as Chaucie's Place provides education to youth and adults focused on child sexual abuse prevention, youth suicide prevention, and digital safety. Stewards of Children® is a child sexual abuse prevention program developed by Darkness to Light.

This training is funded by grants obtained by the Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide and these funds are specific to Indiana residents. Therefore we ask that people who live outside of Indiana check Darkness to Light's website (D2L.org) to find a training in their area.Stewards of Children® is a child sexual abuse prevention program developed by the national organization Darkness to Light. This program educates adults to prevent, recognize and react appropriately to child sexual abuse. This training program is designed for parents and any adults who work with children or adolescents. Stewards of Children is the only nationally available program scientifically proven to increase knowledge, improve attitudes and change child-protective behaviors. Stewards of Children training meets Indiana state-mandated training requirements for school staff.PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-person training.
